Cant download premiere pro

I recently changed my plan about an hour ago from Photoshop to Premiere and I am trying to download it but it doesn't give me the option it keeps saying I have to buy it. Trying to figure out what to do.

Do the recent plan changes show up in your Adobe account yet?

If, not you might need to wait 12-24 hours for the system to update.

Have you logged out of the Adobe Cloud Desktop app, quit and restarted the desktop app and logged back in?
