Catalina 10.15.6 update keeps me logged out of creative cloud, hence photoshop

Photoshop had been running fine until yesterday when I updated my iMac to Catalina 10.15.6. It logged me out of creative cloud and ever since have not been able to log back in. Two different support agents spent 5 hours trying to fix this and nothing changed at all. I don't know what to do at this point.

On a new OS that only supports 64-bit apps, you should remove old apps with the Adobe Cleaner tool.  Restart your computer.  Then reinstall the latest 64-bit versions of CC.

On a new OS that only supports 64-bit apps, you should remove old apps with the Adobe Cleaner tool.  Restart your computer.  Then reinstall the latest 64-bit versions of CC.

What is the error you are getting when you try to Sign In?

"Unable to reach Adobe servers, Please check firewall settings and try again"

 

The support technicians, both of them checked the firewalls, installed/unistalled the apps, performed an application clean-up (nothing there), deleted any user info/adobe history off the key, created a new Root user to see if it would work on another account (it did not). 

 

Just bought the desktop off Apple (3.8GHz 8-core 10th-generation Intel Core i7 processor) a few days agoand photoshop was working great until yesterday right in the middle of a photography editing session.

Did you checked Hosts file for any Adobe related entries with loop back address 127.0.0.1?

If not , check once

1) Right click on the Finder icon on dock and select "Go-To Folder" option.
2) You will get a text box, type-in below mentioned command and then hit 'Return' key.

/etc

3) It will open the etc folder, please look for file named "hosts" and copy the same to Desktop screen.

4)Double click on Hosts file , it will open it with TextEdit,

 Let me know whether you can see any Adobe related entries inside Hosts file like 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com.......etc??

 

 

Also is it possible for you to check with different Internet connection for testing purpose?
