Code execution cannot proceed

Question

I am getting System error " The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the programme may fix this problem".

I changed my laptop and trying to install creative cloud on the new laptop, but I am getting this error even after multiple installing and unstalling and reinstalling.

What could be the possible solution to this?

Try by repairing/installing the VS redistributable package. See the instructions mentioned in the following discussion
