Creative Cloud Cleaner tool can not remove Camera Raw

I want to remove Camera Raw because of need extra space. Folder is in here C:\ProgramData\Adobe. I dont want to remove by hand. I use Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to uninstall it. Tool says "successfully removed". Hell no, it is still there! 1.5 GB folder.
How come the program prepared by the software developers of such a large company cannot handle the task of deleting a simple plugin? Additionally, the plugin's uninstall option is not available on Creative Cloud Destop.
Consantrate on user experience please?! I am gonna remove it by hand.
