Creative Cloud Redownload after cancelling after 2 months and paying for a whole year

The start of April this year I cancelled my Creative Cloud Subscription as I only needed it for 2 months. But I did not realise that I would have to pay for 1 whole year if I just joined for 2 months. I would like to redownload it so that I can at least use it for what I paid for

It's not clear what you are having issues with. It works no different than the first time -

When it's cancelled, it wont work any more. The only possibility I see is contacting Adobe and hoping that the cancel can be cancelled again. There is too much time passed in between.

Users don't realise that they need a month to month subscription if they do not use the software for a longer period of time. They take the cheap option, not realising that they will be bound for a year.

There are 2 things that I'm looking always before taking a subscription:

  1. how much it costs as an overall and
  2. how to cancel and under what conditions.

Hi,

If you cancel after 14 days, your service will continue until the end of that month's billing period, and you'll be charged an early termination fee of 50% of your remaining contract obligation.

Normally you paid an early termination fee and not the whole year .

It's not clear what you are having issues with. It works no different than the first time - log in to your account, download the CC app, sign in, install the programs. If there#s anything else you need to explain in more detail.
