Creative Cloud upgrade

A pop-up appeared tonight, Tuesday, November 26, 2019, for a Creative Cloud upgrade. What does this upgrade contain? Does it have any technical improvements to Creative Cloud or any of the apps? Does it increase the monthly subscription rate?

Jeff_A_Wright, thank you. I followed the links. I guess that was what the popup was about. I haven't seen it pop up since that one time. Adobe is just wonderful at communicating. The only thing I've noticed is Creative Cloud takes much longer to open on my PC than before. I wonder if more stuff that I don't use got automatically installed on the computer and is slowing everthing down. I'm going to mark this as a correct answer so I'l stop getting emails from Adobe about this. Thanks!

I think there is something going on with the Adobe servers. Not only has the CC DTA been slower to open the past few days (I do NOT allow it to start with the system and open it manually if I need to check for updates or other stuff) and this forum has been slow at times also.

It's not my internet connection as everythiing else work properly. Just the CC DTA and this forum has been slow to open and or update.
