creative cloud was unable to start correctly 0xc00007b

Hi,

I am using windows 7 64-bit OS, I have reinstalled VC and .Net 4.5.2 but still getting the following error message while starting up Creative Cloud.

 

Adobe creative cloud was unable to start correctly 0xc00007b close the application.

 

Does anyone know about how to fix this issue?
