well, if you're trying to access your serial number..

there are several possible ways to find/recover an adobe serial number.

    1. search purchased materials: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-serial-number.html

    2. you can check your account (if you purchased from or registered with adobe AND you remember the adobe id used to purchase/register), https://accounts.adobe.com

    3. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer,

If you had registered your product, you could find your serial number in our account as below:

    Lost information https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan-discussions/trying-to-re-install-adobe-2020-need-product-key/m-p/13148906

Transfer (selling or giving your software away) https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/transfer-product-license.html
-you may NOT sell or transfer an Education serial number
-you also may NOT sell/transfer if you used a program as the basis to buy an upgrade at a reduced price

nothing. with no serial number, you have nothing better than the public cs6 downloads.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
