CS6 Standard serial number was revoked

I've got a new computer (Windows 10) and am reinstalling my CS6 Standard I purchased from an authorized dealer in 2013. I have been using this since 2013, and installed in on my last computer with no problems. I also successfully registered it at purchase.

I have the serial number but this time it says it has been revoked. I have the receipt with the serial number in hand.

are getting an "invalid" license message or "revoked"?

you can activate offline, but that has no impact on a revoked serial number.
