Demo version. Delete a purchase plan in Russia

English is not my native language. Sorry. The problem is in the trial version of Adobe DC Pro. I deleted it after 3 days, but your company is trying to withdraw money from my card for a license for Adobe DC Pro. I cannot disable this plan over the Internet. HELP!!!
