How do I downgrade from the Creative Cloud complete plan to theannual to Creative Cloud plan for Photoshop customers

    Hi Bobs150886

    I checked your account and you have a qualifying version of Photoshop registered.  I can therefore cancel your existing complete Creative Cloud membership and you can sign up for the Photoshop Photography program.

    Let me know how you wish to proceed.

    Hi Adobe staff,

       I'd like to downgrade to the PS/LR for photographers package as well.  I believe I have a CS5 license.  Thanks!

    I'm coming to the end of my CC Complete yearly subscription and would like to downgrade to Ps/Lr only version. How do I go about this?

    Hi Jack,

    I can cancel your current subscription and from November 7, 2014 you could subscribe to Photoshop Photography Plan.

    Hello,

    My membership will renew on 18-august. However, I barely use most of the Creative Cloud applications. Then, instead of renewing my full membership, I would like to sign up for the Photography Plan, which includes the applications I really need and use. Can you help me, please?

    I have cancelled your complete membership so you'll have access until 18th August but it won't renew.  You can then sign up for the Photography Plan.

      just like my predecessors I would like to downgrade my full plan, to the Photography Plan.

      I would also like to downgrade my plan, since CF is really no longer support in DW (at lease not as smoothly as it used to be) I really only need Photoshop.

      Bev, On or about Dec. 6th I phoned Adobe support to cancel my $50 CC plan and convert it to the $10 plan.  The CS rep signed me up for the $10 plan and said she would cancel the $50 plan, but today I got billed for the $50 plan.  Can you please cancel the $50 plan and (hopefully) refund today's $50 charge?

      I've got a CC annual membership that I would like to cancel (that is as long as I don't get charged the 50% penalty). I would like to take advantage of the photoshop offer and also sign up for an annual InDesign plan.

      I have registered for one year to the complete plan, but I am only using Photoshop and Lightroom. The renewal will be 25-December-2013. I would like to move my annual creative cloud plan to the Photoshop photography plan.
