Hi Bobs150886

I checked your account and you have a qualifying version of Photoshop registered.  I can therefore cancel your existing complete Creative Cloud membership and you can sign up for the Photoshop Photography program.

Let me know how you wish to proceed.

Kind regards

Bev

Hi Bev

I only use Photoshop and lightroom so I would like to cancel my subscription and switch to the Photoshop Photography Program. Can you help me with that? Do you need any additional data?

Thanks

Michael

Bev,

I would like to do the same.

Can you switch me over to the Photoshop Photography Program?

Hi Bo

I can cancel your existing complete membership and arrange for Sales to call you to help you sign up for the Photoshop Photography plan.  Would that be OK with you?

Thanks

Hi David

You would need to have a qualifying Photoshop CS3-CS6 serial number registered to your account to qualify for this offer.  Could you please confirm if you have a prior version of Photoshop as I couldn't see a serial number registered to your account.

Kind regards

Hi Bev

I've just received a private email from you addressed to David, possibly because I too posted, last Friday, with the same request he made.

Since I have your attention perhaps you can hellp me.

I deleted my post to you after accomplishing step one of the process — canceling my complete CC membership — with the help of Sameena in Chat.

She verified that I was qualified and sent me to the Purchase page. I entered the info for the same card I use for my full CC monthly billing, which was accepted. But then, at step 5, the last window, I got "We'll look into that and get back to you".

This was last Saturday. The only email I've received from Adobe was the mis-addressed one from you. I've also tried the purchase again today with the same result.

Could you look into this for me?

Thanks much,

George

I would like to downgrade from CC to the Photoshop program. I was just told that this cannot be done by an Adobe support represenative via chat. Bev, I see you have been effectivly helping customers in this forum. Can you provide assistance with my request, or perhaps direct me to the correct person? Thank you very much!!

Hi Patrick

To qualify for the Photoshop program you need to have a commercial version of Photoshop CS3-CS6.  Could you please confirm if you have such a license as I could only see education versions registered, which unfortunately don't qualify.

Thanks

Hi Bev, I have a serial number but I'm hesitant to post it in a public forum. The software is visible in my account as:

Photoshop Extended, V.12, Win, Registered Sep 27, 2010

Serial: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-6356

I believe this is why I was eligible to enroll in the CC plan as "existing Adobe Creative Suite Customer" at 29.95/mo?

I was hoping to do the same thing.

It'd be an awful shame if we were essentially punished by signing up early (because apparently if I'd waited, I could have gotten a cheaper plan that includes everything I need).

Hi rpungello

I checked your account but couldn't see a standalone commercial license of Photoshop CS3-CS6 registered.  If you do have a qualifying product, please let me know.

Thanks

I have a copy of Photoshop CS5, but's an educational version.

I've since been informed that, despite the CC plans page not mentioning it, educational versions don't qualify for the PS/LR only plan.

Thanks anways though.
