Downloading a registered product that is not in my order history

I bought Photoshop CS6 extended back in 2012 and was recently having problems with it so I uninstalled it with the intention of re-downloading it. I cannot find where to do this. I pull up my order history and there's nothing there. Yet it is in my list of registered products, serial number and everything. How do I re-download a registered product that is not in my order history?
