Downloading Photoshop etc

I have recently got a new Mac. I have tried on multiple occassions to download photoshop/bridge/lightroom. Each time, it 'downloads' until the icon shows 100 percent, then just reverts to the download icon all over again and I have no programs!

Weirdly, it did not happen with DC Acrobat.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling creative cloud multiple times but to no avail

Someone, please please tell me what the hell I am doing wrong and how I can get my programs

I am running Big Sur v11.6

Thanks

Migrating/copying the applications from one computer to another is the likely cause of your current inability to install Adobe applications.  Please download and run the CC Cleaner Tool from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html to try to correct the present errors.

In the future, please migrate any needed documents and settings and then install any required applications on the computer.  This is especially important if you are moving from an Intel to an ARM-based Mac.

Moving this to Download and Install forum which is better suited for such issues.

What process did you use when moving over to the new Mac?  Did you migrate/copy any files or applications to the new computer?

Most errors are recorded within the log files; please see https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-installation-log-files.html for information on locating any fatal errors.
