Encore - how to get Encore if I have CS6 S/N

Based on what you've described and the advice already provided by the Adobe Community Experts, it appears your registered copy of Production Premium CS6 is an upgrade license. When an upgrade version is installed, Adobe will prompt for both the CS6 upgrade serial number and the serial number of the qualifying product used for the upgrade purchase.

The second serial number prompt is not related to Encore itself. You'll need to enter the serial number for the earlier qualifying product that your CS6 upgrade was based on, as others have suggested. Since your Production Premium CS6 upgrade was registered in 2012, reviewing your registered products may help identify the qualifying version.

If I recall, Encore was bundled with Premiere & After Effects.

Was your CS6 license an upgrade?  If so, you’ll need to provide a qualifying product (CS5 or CS4) to activate it. 

Encore is not supported anymore. And most people stopped using it. Also, there’s no guarantee this will perform well on Win11. Use at your own risk. 

if you’re prompted for a 2nd serial number it means your cs6 is an upgrade from a previous verions and you’re being prompted for that previous version’s serial number.

Is your CS6 an upgrade version from a previous version?
