What Exact version of Windows 10 are you using, Use Winver.exe, Where, How, did you download Photoshop 2020? And is this the Real Ps or Ps Elemennt 2020.

It doesn't work. Can u give me some more solutions pls? I find lots of solutions on the Internet: reinstall Microsoft C++, reinstall .NET, Windows, etc. But it didn't work. Help me fix it pls!
