Hello;

Received an Error 1 code yesterday with all my 2017CC programs, premiere pro, media encoder , photoshop and after effects.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thanks John, but I tried every option listed in the thread. I also followed the procedures outlined by Adobe here;

I'm using a Windows machine with Windows 7. I had a power interuption during a bootup on Thursday and I suspect that is somehow the source of my problem. It's very troubling as I'm dead in the water.
