Error 145?

I got a error 145 when trying to update Bridge using Creative Cloud.  This is the error message I got:

Exit Code: 145

FATAL: Error (Code = 145) executing in command 'MoveDirectoryCommand' for package: 'AdobeBridge8.0-mul', version:8.0.1.282

FATAL: Error occurred in install of package (Name: AdobeBridge8.0-mul Version: 8.0.1.282). Error code: '145'

WARN: Destination path is file or already used "/System/Library/Components/AudioDSP.component/Contents/MacOS/AudioDSP/Adobe Bridge CC 2018"

The solution in the Support data base is to change the name or delete the file.  I can get as far as "AudioDSP" in the path (on a iMac) but  there doesn't seem to be a file called "Adobe Bridge CC 2018" at that location.  Adobe isn't very helpful fixing a problem they caused.  Anyone have a solution for fixing short of removing everything & starting over?

Sorry that you are having trouble updating your Bridge CC app as it fails with an Exit Code 145, Just to confirm have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? If not please give it a try.

Maybe I’m slow on the up take but I don’t see how a link to the Create Cloud Download & Install solves my problem.
