Error code 60

I just had the student version of CC downloaded onto my laptop 3 weeks ago and now it's saying I need to update to a newer version. When I choose Update it comes back with the error code of 60 and says that I need to upgrade from the trial version. I shouldn't have the trial version because I am paying for it.

Moving to Creative Cloud Download & Install

Hi,

Error -60 is an Download error , caused mainly due to Network issue.

1) Clear Temp Folder.

2)Disable Anti-Virus and Firewall temporarily .

{ Let me know if you are on managed / corporate network or behind proxy. }

3) Make sure LAN settings is set to detect settings Automatically .

4) If you are using Wireless./ Wifi Internet, try with wired Ethernet connection.

5)  Or you may try downloading App using direct link and check.
