Question

error code C190 unable to install. what happens to 7 days trial?

I'm trying to download a Indesign, but my OS is Windows 8. So as the installer suggested, I started installing the older version, but now it's stuck at 50.3% after giving me this error code C190 a couple of times. What should I do? I already missed the first day of my 7 day trial period.

Adobe offers the current and ONE older version... and they will not work with Win8

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html
-Win7 is dead https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-7-end-of-life-support-information
-Win8 is also no longer supported https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4580358/windows-8-1-update

You have 2 choices

1 - upgrade to Win10

2 - cancel your subscription before you are locked into a one year payment
