error downloading lightroom and photoshop

Hello, I recently got the free trial for the photography bundle on March 19th and have been trying to install them for the past 2 days letting them download while I'm at work and when I sleep. Lightrooom keeps stopping at 44% and Photoshop stops at other random percentages.  Any suggestions?
