ESCALATING - Elements 2024 Install Issues

Both Photoshop Elements 2024 and Premiere Elements 2024 are receiving error code 111 with the latest installer. The problem seems to be related to Adobe partially including Elements 2025 in the build. Is Adobe aware of this issue and addressing it? I had to request a refund because I couldn't launch the product.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support... so other users here do not know what Adobe does or doesn't know

@John T Smith @Yes, thank you. I posted for two reasons. One is because Adobe support documentation directs users to look at the community forums. Given this is a problem for most, if not all, new installs of the product, people need to be aware of the issue. Second, I have seen adobe employees monitor and reply to threads in this forum which is another avenue to get information escalated to the company. I agree everyone should still contact support. I chose to ask for a refund instead and wash my hands of it. I don't have time to wait on support due to a lack of their QA processes.
