Fix for jpg to tiff in Catalina

two new problems with Catalina. First when I save a tiff and then want to make it a jpg it won't convert. I have a go around but what happened? Next is  I can't make my images full screen on Bridge. Use  to be able to make them fully screen by  hitting the space bar, now they're pixelated.....

    Read all of the replies in this message when you have a problem with Catalina
    -includes two links on how to revert to a previous operating system
    -you should always wait for AT LEAST a month befeore upgrading to a new operating system

    Is that the same as the known Save As issue in Photoshop on Catalina?
