hola compre mi paquete de fotografía pero no me deja abrir la aplicación por no tiene actualizada la licencia o software , lo he actualizado , reivindicado y no cambia , I need help.

i nedd help , buy the photoshop and lightroom but when open , He shows me a warning that says I need to activate the license but not how to do it. please help
