Re-activating a very old account of CS5.5.  Conflicting log in.

Kevin-Monahan THERE ANYONE WHO CAN TELL ME HOW TO ACTUALLY GET TO A REAL PERSON?  I have my serial # from the Suite purchase in 2012.  I must have multiple sign-ins, because no matter what I do, I can't reinstall my apps, and since I paid more than $1,200. I don't want to pay again.  I've wasted hours just trying to get this working again.  Only parts of the apps are showing up and in PS I was able to get to an update screen, but my sign in doesn't work.  At this point, I'm in tears as I'm going to miss a deadline and have been dealing with the loss of my dog..

Ccwassist I am sorry you are facing difficulty activating Creative Suite 5.5 Design Standard, for Mac OS, on your computer.  I reviewed case 0223047065 and confirm that you have several activations remaining.  The last successful activation of the software was on August 25, 2017.

It does appear that you faced difficulties establishing a chat session Ccwassist.  When I reviewed case 0223047065 I did not see any response.

If you are facing difficulties activating on this Mac then it maybe due to a connection failure.  This may also be preventing you from establishing a successful chat session.  Please see Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications for details on how to resolve connection errors Ccwassist.

I would also recommend reviewing Activate and deactivate Adobe products which discusses the activation process.

If you continue to experience any difficulties then can you please provide any specific error messages you are receiving Ccwassist.  As Kglad indicated in message #1 we need additional details regarding what specific difficulties you are facing with the installation process Ccwassist.

cs5.5 isn't supported so you'll probably be referred back here, but if you want to see for your self: using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

else what's the issue when trying to reinstall?
