I am trying to download Photoshop on my new computer and it says that i already have a plan and that i needed to update the payment info. I did that and now i am stuck....what do i do now?

I used to have Photoshop and Ilustrator on my old computer. I stopped using that computer and bought a new one. I logged into my Adobe account and tried to download the Plan you have for $39.99 that gets you all of the programs but it took me to a page that says I already have an account and that I needed update my payment method. I updated my payment method and now I would like to download Photoshop on my new computer. What do I need to do now?
