I am trying to find a download for Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard

i logged into my account ad i saw my serial number and product name plus version. i downloaded but it is saying my serial number is wrong for the downloaded product how do i deal with this? i am getting sick of adobe, when i ordered in 2011, customer service was create but now it is rubbish. asking me to go through forum while i need to send business pdf invoice. this is crazy. if anyone can help i will really appreciate it.

i bought Adobe Acrobat version 10 in 2011 and i now have a new computer and i logged in to see if i can redownload it but i couldnt. all i see is my product name and serial number. how do i get my old order back? please help.
