I can not install creative cloud in my computer

When I tried to install this program, I got the error message which was '0xc00007b'.  I would like to get some helps to solve this problem and it would be great to give some contact deatails from KR team to communicate with them directly. 

I really use this program as soon as possbile because I alrady paid for using it.
