I cancelled my CC membership for cash reasons. Now I am unable to open my installed Photoshop

I cancelled my CC membership for cash reasons.  Now my PS 6 and LR6 will not open. CC tells me that I have to rejoin and pay for CC.   I have PS bought and paid for since 2004 and LR since it started after 

raw Shooter.   CC won't let me remove it because I still have these progs installed so I can't open either prog to deactivate it.  What can I do?  Is there a telephone number I can call to speak to an Adobe worker?
