I have a CS4 (Windows) purchased 4 years ago and I have registered my email with Adobe. However, I want to install it but I lost the box that has the serial number and I want to retrieve it back. Is there anyway I can retrieve it back?
Is it possible for me to use the email Adobe sent me 4 years ago as proof and retrieve my serial number for installation? Help!
