I have CS5 discs that were installed on an old laptop that has died. I would like to reinstall this product on a new computer. I have installed the discs on my computer, but I can't activate the product. Can you help me to get a new serial number?

    As far as I know, Adobe will not give you a new serial number

    Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

    Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems
