I have purchased a Photoshop CC + Lightroom + Bridge CC yesterday, prepaid for 1 year. In my Creative Cloud manager it appears I have downloaded trial versions of Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC and also the purchased versions. I am not sure what shoul

I have purchased a Photoshop CC + Lightroom + Bridge CC yesterday, prepaid for 1 year. In my Creative Cloud manager it appears I have downloaded trial versions of Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC and also the purchased versions. I am not sure what should I do. Is the version I am using the purchased version? I am afraid I am still using the 30 day trial version. Will it change to the purchased one once the credit card payment has been approved? Or should I download definite versions of Photoshop and Lightroom again? It is quite confusing. Thank you for your assistance.

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Thank you very much. I tried resigning and it did not work. So I contacted Adobe chat who were able to provide a solution. Anyway, It was a good start to get your advice. Thanks a lot! Juan
