I have tried multiple time using IE, Chrome and Firefox browsers (win) to download the files for Indesign CS6 - all of those attempts have failed with the extraction of the files. Other parts of the install extracted successfully, so I dont believe t

I have tried multiple time using IE, Chrome and Firefox browsers (win) to download the files for Indesign CS6 - all of those attempts have failed with the extraction of the files. Other parts of the install extracted successfully, so I dont believe that its my machine or operating system (Win 7 Pro). I have been fighting this for three days now and am loosing patience rapidly. Any advice or help will be appreciated.

    I finally got it to work using a different machine and the copying the files onto a usb drive for transfer to the machine I needed it installed on!

    what files (names and extensions) did you download and what file sizes are shown on your hd?

    I tried using the akamai downloader and that didn't work so I used the alternate file method. One was a .exe file approx. 1016 kb - the other was the designstandard_cs6_ls16.7zip file @ 655,648 kb. The other two files extracted and installed just fine.
