I'm trying to uninstall the creative suite 5 master collection but whenever I try to do this, a message to close the google chrome app appears and even when I close the app, the message continues and I can't uninstall. I've already tried to shut down

check your task manager for a chrome process.

and/or restart your computer and retry uninstalling.

after uninistalling, clean per Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
