I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 in June (2026) and only received a license key that needs to be converted to an alpha numeric access key. How do I do this?

​@avid_Journeyf332, hmmmm… this doesn’t sound right to me. The current product is Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, a continuous-release subscription. There is no 2020 version to purchase in 2026.
