I recently purchased Photoshop Elements for a Mac and when I click on the download link provided, it takes me to a new window but does not download or have any other options to download. It is like the link is empty. Can someone help?

    Nicholec91840634 what version of Photoshop Elements are you trying to download?  Where are you downloading from?  Have you tried using a different web browser?
