Impossibile connettersi ad Adobe per la registrazione del prodotto.

Buongiorno. Dopo molti anni di utilizzo di Acrobat 8.1 da qualche giorno non funziona più, si chiude pochi secondi.

Ho scoperto che è sparita l'attivazione fatta a suo tempo, forse con l'ultimo aggiornamento di Windows 10.

Se ci provo appare la scritta " Impossibile connettersi ad Adobe per la registrazione del prodotto."

Cosa può essere successo? Vieni a risolvere?

The CS3 and earlier activation server has been removed from service... which I think includes Acrobat 8
-So even if you have a disc or saved download, CS3 and earlier are completely dead
-Adobe also no longer supplies the special non-activation version of CS3 or CS2

Thank you for the answer. I contact Adobe first, and they say to me that in this community I shoul have find the solution: It is false?

As John already wrote: CS2, CS3 including Acrobat 8 are dead programs. There's no more support from Adobe, you can't get any downloads and it isn't possible to activate it.
