Hi everyone.

Where can I find installers to InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat to an iMac with High Sierra operational system? Adobe no longer have these installers.

1. you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app. you must have a subscription because previous versions are not available with trials. other versions are revealed after clicking file preferences>apps>tick show older apps (at panel bottom).

2. for versions cc 2019 and older, use prodesign tools.com*.

3. for versions newer than cc 2019 but older than one previous version, contact adobe support for links.**

---------------------------------------------------------------
* most (but not all) adobe download links are available from prodesigntools.com. https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-direct-download-links.html

follow the directions (esp, step 1)

save the install file. it may not remain online.

thank jim @ prodesigntools.com

** there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam,

Hi Kglad.

Sorry for taking so long to answer.

I don't know exactly what happened, but when I opened my computer, a dialog window asks to reinstall Creative Cloud Desktop. I made it and it worked. Sometimes that window appears and I do the process again.

That's not the ideal scenario, but, I'm going on.

Thank you for your help and for your time.

Best regards.

Douglas

glad to hear you're back in business.  (and those periodic problems are usually caused by an overly aggressive av or antimalware or cleaner.)

If after installing via installers you got from prodesigntools you get a trial prompt then you can contact support and ask them how to fix it. Older applications are not supported anymore but they are said to function properly on the machines that have them installed or install them using genuine sources. Did you try logging out and the back in to the Creative Cloud desktop application?

You could also try the steps mentioned in the following link
https://helpx.adobe.com/hk_en/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

P.S.:- I am moving this disucssion to Download and Install forum for more ideas

Hi Manan.

I tried logging out, even ran Creative Cloud Cleaner, and the problem persists.

The assistant send me a link to an Acrobat version and it worked. I uninstalled Photoshop 2019 and install a 2017 version that works without a trial version.

But my CC Desktop sitll not work correctly.

I'll see what I do next.

Thanks for your help.

@Douglas K5E6B

if you want to repair your cc desktop app:

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, repair per https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html

if that fails, uninstall using the correct uninstaller from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging and then reinstall using*

if that fails, do a clean cc install carefully following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)

if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.

First, you need to have a current Adobe Creative Cloud subscription to install and use Adobe Creative Cloud software.

If you have a current subscription, you should be able to install Creative Cloud 2020 and/or 2019 applications. You can find out more about downloading CC2020 apps through this link.

Hope this helps,

Randy

Randy,

thanks for your answer.

I have a subscription, but after installed Photoshop and Acrobat Pro, using your link, appears a window saying that I have to buy it, even with a subscription. I'm using the seven days trial...

And the Creative Cloud application window do not appears correctly.

Best regards,

Douglas

If you are logged in, it means you have an Adobe-ID. But when you say you use a 7 day trial, then you might not have a subscription, which is a payed plan to one or several apps or the whole Creative Cloud.

Being logged in click the “View Account” link below your avatar and it should show you exactly what plan you are subscribed to and what it encompasses.
