Issue trying to login during installation

I am having issues trying to log into my account while installing Acobat on my Mac. 

I have Mac OS 12.5, the password on the adobe website works, but not when I am trying to install the software the password magically doesn't work. How can I get this fixed. I tried chatting with customer service but they ended my chat.
