как купить premier rush? из Казахстана? не могу сохранять видео пока не купил продукт!

подскажите как купить продукт premier rush чтобы сохранять видео? я нахожусь в Казастане и когда нажимаю купить продукт выдаёт ошибку 404 я не могу сохранять видео пока не купил продукт

Thanks for the note, and welcome to the Rush forum. I read that you cannot purchase a subscription to Rush because you live in an unsupported region. That is terrible because it is not valid. Kazakhstan is supported!

 

I want you to get Rush so you can take part in our community. Let me move your post to the appropriate forum.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
