Hi Adobe support team,

After I click on getting started , as per link button in university , SUTD's email (see below).   Installation of Creative cloud desktop app started but it keep showing " you have limited access to Adobe apps/services."   I had tried to use Creative Cloud cleanup tools to remove all & reboot & re-install Creative cloud, but with no success.

I had brought my new laptop to  SUTD's IT helpdesk ,  which reconfirmed that all new university students are granted full access to Adobe full product suite, since we started our course on 10Sept 2018.

Appreciate your prompt reply to my university's email address :[Personal information removed by moderator.]   Thank you.

Gwennang2168, I am showing an active Creative Cloud membership on the e-mail address you used to post to this discussion forum.  I do not see any activation requests, however.  Please see Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications for steps you can take to resolve the connection error and gain access to the Adobe apps and services.

Per Bob's suggestion, you may want to work with your Universities I.T. help desk if the network itself is not allowing access to the necessary servers to use the CC apps and services.  If you do contact the help desk, then please reference Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints so they can make sure the network is allowing the necessary access.

I think that you will have to go back to the IT helpdesk to solve your problem.  I don't think that it is an Adobe issue, but an issue with the university licensing.
