hi,

I live in french polynesia,

i want to subs to cloud adobe, and I CANT : "no adobe in your little country"

so I create another account, and choose this time FRANCE. Pay with PayPal, and... I CANT cause my infos about my country in paypal is not the same with info in adobe !

I need Photoshop for my job, what can i do ?

and when i try the method "reseller", I don't have my country ! French polynesia just don't exist !

    My PayPal card is registered in French Polynesia, and when I first create an account  with country French Polynesia, when I try to subscribe, Adobe says "'no for your country"

    So I created another account  this time with France selected, Adobe accept my subscription  BUT when step to pay with PayPal, error message : your card (registered in Polynesia) PayPal is not the same than the country (France) in your Adobe account.

    What can I do?

    Adobe Partner Connection Portal

    The problem with Paypal cannot be charged to Adobe. Paypal needs to have you residing in FRANCE for a French Adobe id. And French Polynesia seams to me to be part of France. So you should be able to buy via a French account.

    Hi Manuarii,

    In order to purchase Creative Cloud, the card details and your Adobe account should have the same country registered. Please make sure if you have the card details from France, your Adobe account should also have France as the registered country.

    I guess that French Polynesia is France, like Alsace is France. I think there is a mixing-up between region and country.

    OP can correct me, if I’m wrong.
