perte de données d 'un blog sur Adobe Spark

bonjour ,

avez vous une solution pour récupérer des données perdues sur une page de blog en utilisant un autre support suite à une mauvaise manipulation ..La sauvegarde date de 8 jours sur mon mobile et entre temps j' ai effectué des modifications sur mon pc etc...que je ne retrouve plus merci de votre aide

Was the blog about Adobe Spark created using one of the Creative Cloud tools/applications?  If so, you should probably post your question in the forum for that application.
