Photoshop elements 2020 software won't download/install

I just purchased Photoshop Elements  2020 When i try to download it it reaches 2% and  stops with error code:113 unable to reach servers, I have turned off the firewall  and checked my internet which is working at 100% wirelessly. Many Thanks
