Photoshop Error 176

Hello!
So, today i changed my disc letter from E to D and now i can't download photoshop.

I tried to remove photoshop from installed programs and change installisation location but it didn't help.

Error log:

FATAL: Can't install to a network location
FATAL: Error occurred in install product workflow with error code 176 error message

excellent.  did you delete your caps* folder files?

 

*

Windows: C>Program files or Program files(x86)>Common files>Adobe>Caps
Mac OS X : Macintosh HD>Library>Applciation support>Adobe>Caps.

Forgot to add that other programs downloads fine, its only problem with photoshop
