Photoshop is only letting me open it once

My IT department just updated my computer and since i have redownloaded the creative cloud Photoshop will only let me open it once. I have to restart my computer to be able to open it again. I am only having this issue with Photoshop, not Ai or iD. Anyone know a fix or have a suggestion (other than restarting my computer everytime I want to use PS).

what happens when you try to reopen it?

(and, though it's not a great temp solution, it might be better than restarting to leave ps open once you open it.)

    Thanks kglad, that has been what I am doing. However, I work for a non profit and am often running ai along with other programs and my computer slows to a crawl when I have more than one thing open. Also, there are time I accidentally close it and it really is difficult to have to completely restart my computer when that happens.@

    I click on it (as I do when I launch it first thing when I turn my computer on) and it looks like it might launch but it just stops. Nothing happens.
