Photoshop update keeps showing waiting

Hi, 

Trying to update Photoshop and all I get is Photoshop is waiting. I have logged out and logged back in several times, still get the same message.

I have attached a screenshot to show.

Becoming frustrated as I need to use Photoshop, spent two hours on this already.

Anyone help please? Thank you.
