Portfolio: Create new BLANK site?

Hi all - first - mini rant: WHY would Adobe close the portfolio forum?

And how do we log in to the new help center? I HOPE we don't need to create a second login.

- - -

Ok, now on to my question - when I create a new site it pulls in ALL my Behance content.

I want to create an entirely new site, decide what it's named, bring in new photos (it's for photography), but CANNOT find any guide to do this, if possible.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

thanks

Portfolio FAQ (Read Me)

Unfortunately the Portfolio & Behance forums were archived and locked on February 21st.  I think it's a stupid decision personally but I don't work for Adobe and thus have no say in the matter.    Meanwhile I'll attempt to answer your questions here the best I can.

#1 Adobe Customer Care mainly deals with Creative Cloud billing and activation issues.  They CANNOT HELP YOU with Portfolio / Behance matters.  So don't waste your time or theirs by going there.  For technical problems, submit a ticket through the dedicated Portfolio / Behance help desk below.

#2 It is true that Portfolio is tied to Behance meaning when you first create your new PF site, it will automatically port your existing Behance content into  PF project pages.   You can DISABLE the feature by clicking on Manage Pages & Integrations from the left side toolbar.   Click the toggle to disable the integration.  See link below for more details.

You're welcome.

They didn't close up shop exactly.  They simply moved their help portal back to Zendesk, a platform they used prior to joiining the JIVE forums.

AFAIK, the forum search still works.  You just can't post new questions three.

Thanks -

First, I don't know what you mean by "Everything has moved to the Behance site." I have unique content on my Portfolio site.

I also don't know what you mean by "You will have to deal with third party accounts for that."  For what?

Last, I AM signed into ACC; what process are you referring to? I cannot get in even after being logged in to ACC, and my Adobe ID/Password don't work.

First, I don't know what you mean by "Everything has moved to the

Behance site." I have unique content on my Portfolio site.

If I want to create a Portfolio site I have to select a theme, import

images and publish the site.

That has been the limitation as far as I can remember.

I also don't know what you mean by "You will have to deal with third

party accounts for that." /For what?/

/I am assuming you want to publish images in a special format.

/

Last, I AM signed into ACC; what process are you referring to? I cannot

get in even after being logged in to ACC, and my Adobe ID/Password don't

work.

/That is weird. I just went to the site and it already new me and ask me

what help I needed./

/That tell me something is screwed up with your login and you may have

to get Adobe involved./

Everything has moved to the Behance site.

You will have to deal with third party accounts for that.

If you are signed into ACC with your correct email you registered with, the process should be automatic.

Wrong.  Adobe Portfolio / Behance have a separate help desk.

https://help.myportfolio.com/

Adobe Customer Care cannot assist Portfolio users.
