Premier Pro won't install with Mac Catalina OS

I've uninstalled everything Adobe and Creative Cloud. Lightroom, Photoshop and Bridge will download after re-installing, but I still can't get Premier to install. I'm using a Macbook Pro with recent Catalina update. Any suggestions?

    Read all of the replies in this message when you have a problem with Catalina
    -includes two links on how to revert to a previous operating system
    -you should always wait for AT LEAST a month befeore upgrading to a new operating system
