Premiere pro app shortcut has disappeared on Mac book

On my Mac book pro the premiere pro shortcut has recently disappeared after an update, its not in my dock, app launcher or on my desktop, but my other apps like after effects and photoshop are still there. The only way to access premiere pro now is going through creative cloud which is annoying.

Is there a way to get the application shortcut back in my dock or on my desktop? I’ve tried dragging the app from creative cloud but that will not work
